Reference to “we”, “our” and “us”, etc. are references to (i) Divine Will Family, a company limited by guarantee, registered in Ireland (company number 721650), with its registered office at Unit D, Ground Floor, Apex Business Centre, Blackthorn Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Sandyford, Dublin 18. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time.  You should review the Terms periodically as, by using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Site, or with any of these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is the discontinuation of your use of this Site.

Acceptable use of the site

Any information contained on the Site is for personal use only and may not be sold or distributed in any form. We reserve the right to suspend the use of the Site generally or to block your access to any part of the Site and/or to suspend or terminate your rights to use the Site or any part of it if we suspect misuse. Additional terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Divine Will Family clg with respect to your access and use of the Site. If any of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Governing law

The Site has been designed and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of the access or use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. In the event of you having a complaint or grievance against Divine Will Family clg, you undertake to comply with the requirements set out in Divine Will Family General External Written Grievance Form in the first instance on a without prejudice basis to his or her rights under the law of Ireland.
